Power banks

  • Fully charge your power bank before first use.
  • Magnetic power bank: works with MagSafe-compatible iPhones; other phones need a magnetic ring or case.
  • Do not leave your power bank in a hot car, in direct sun or near a heat source, and stop using it if it swells, gets very hot or smells unusual.
  • Travelling by plane: carry power banks in cabin luggage only and check your airline's rules.
  • Hand warmer models: do not use the heating function while sleeping or directly on bare skin for a long time.

Cables

  • Choose the connector that matches your device: USB-C, Lightning or Micro-USB. Our 3-in-1 cables include all three.
  • The maximum power listed is only reached with a compatible charger and device.
  • Retractable cables: pull gently to extend, and let the cable rewind slowly to protect the mechanism.
  • Magnetic cable: leave the small magnetic tip in your phone and snap the cable on to charge.
